Functions. controller responds. touch screen can be odd at the edges but nothing a mouse cant fix. Selling as "parts" just because of the age and lack of extensive testing. plus a little scuffing here and there. Would recommend a fresh windows 8 install which was more lightweight or puppylinux. easy to do.
