The device powers on and the screen works correctly. However, after it was factory reset, the on-screen keyboard no longer appears, so it is not possible to enter the Wi-Fi password and complete the setup. Sold as seen. I have not attempted any further repairs, so I do not know if it is a software or hardware issue.
